Sounds like a great idea and I need this service!  How do I get onboarded?


You can set up a short call with us here and we can walk you through it or download our app from the Shopify App Store and ENABLE Trouble Tracker and/or Chargeback Resolver.


Does Chargeback Resolver work with any payment processors?


Yes, we are currently set up to work on Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle and others! If you’re interested in using Chargeback Resolver on another platform, please send your request to contact@chargebackresolver.com.


Is there any app to install or software I need?


We have a Shopify App!

What if I don’t have any current fraud issues or disputes outstanding?


That’s great! We think getting set up before trouble starts is a great idea.  


What if I have disputes currently Open that I want Chargeback Resolver to work on?
